When we created NoteTaker, we always considered customer service as a product feature. Technical support is provided via e-mail, a Frequently Asked Questions web page, and documentation.
NoteTaker and NoteShare are "way of life" products. How they are used depends entirely upon individual preferences. There is no one right approach when using our software. The sole purpose of our software is to allow users to create outlines, capture notes and organize any type of information using digital notebook documents.
